Ahmed Elewa
Developmental Biologist & Theorist
About
Ahmed holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Massachusetts Medical School where he researched embryo development. His postdoctoral research at the Karolinska Institute focused on regeneration and genomics.
Currently, Ahmed develops new frameworks to investigate how the environment affects embryogenesis and steers evolution. These frameworks are meant to guide experimental design and data analysis.
In addition to biomedical research, Ahmed has published on Islamic law and social change in the Middle East. Google Scholar
